Hello again 2010

*Phew* We made it, I hope.
It's been a while since the last entry. I've to admit, it's been a sort of a tough long-short end/beginning of years.

Amidst all the emotional and spiritual battles that we've had to fight in order to maintain a rational mind, I can still say God has taken care of all things for us. I think we were prepared enough that when the tests came, we still remained. However, during the beginnings of 2010, January and February, it does take energy to keep a focused mind, and not let ourselves get carried away with the circumstances.

Words seem to fail me, but I believe I'm trying to say that.. there is no way to know what we are really made off until we are tested, not in our strengths, but in our weaknesses. And I think we can all relate to that at some point in the last 4 months. Strengths are easy to boast of, but how we manage when we are weak.... now that's a challenge that tells 'you' the truth about 'you'.

The question forever unfolding remains: what are we made off? Every year we learn more about ourselves. And it never really gets easy to cope with, at least not until we find and yield ourselves to our purpose. Once that purpose and aim is defined, and we become convicted in our minds that that is what we want, then life can throw anything at us. Our eyes remain on the Purpose. Love for that Purpose keeps us unshaken; it anchors us.

To everyone this year, don't loose sight of the Purpose. It may just save your life; it may just save you from being a true vegetable, that is.. living for nothing.
Jesus first.. We have the tools, we have the duty, and we're going to do it. Kaya mo yan!
