A time to cook

"To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven." - Ecclesiastes 3:1
A time to eat at restaurants, and a time to cook. That's right.. and I believe it is high time for us to dust our skills and show people what we're capable off with the pot and pan.
Another good reason is because restaurants tend to prepare meals fast just to get your money. Sometimes food isn't cooked properly, and because it is fresh, we often don't feel the difference between a well cooked and a bad cooked meal.
I know, I know, "I don't have time, I gotta move move move".. STOP. We have to do this for our health's sake, unless we want to drool or be very slow after the stroke or heart attack hits us. Then we'll mmmooovvve sloooww anyway. Don't allow life to control you, the choice is in our hands.
Your heart and brain will thank you for it, and so will your boss at work by saving him money in insurance and being a healthy employee.
A time to eat out, and a time to cook. Find the balance that will keep you healthy for your family.
